One More form of school agony
added: 2015-05-08 Often previous to a student received the belt when I was in school other forms of discipline were used. I recall standing in a corner, standing in the cloak room, standing in the hall (always a risk if the principal walked by), chewing gum on the nose, writing lines, getting hit on the side of the head with a book, and maybe majority dreaded of all the wood ruler, meter stick or pointer usually across the back of the hands or knuckles, not as many as shown in this clip. So after the 1200 the previous two days and 300 already this day it was thirty on the back of every hand and twenty across the knuckles of every hand. Unfortunately the original clip were mistakenly erased and so this episode is the same act the next day after an supplementary 150 strokes on every palm with a short antique razor strop.
