DIY - hand warming, rubber school strap
added: 2015-08-25 After working in the yard on a cool damp morning I decided I needed to warm my hands with a hand strapping. I had been told (by RBM = Rubber Boot Man) it should be slow to let the impact of each stroke be felt (counted to 5 between each stroke) and done while standing to provide a greater swing, After a minimum of 50 strokes on each hand (some were duds) they were equally red and sore. If you don't like hand strapping CP you'll find this as exciting as watching grass grow. If you do watch please rate it and/or leave comments
